There are a few things I like to cook. First up is chili- chili ingredients, beef. Cook and combine.
But seriously: Black bean and Rice casserole 1 Jar salsa 1 Can Black Beans, drained, rinsed 1 Can Corn, undrained 1 Cup Rice 14 oz Cheese (Colby reccomended) Cumin Other spices
Combine Salsa, Corn, Rice and Beans in a casserole dish. Season Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring once halfway through. Cover with cheese, let sit for 10 min in oven Serves 4-ish. _________________________

I'm pretty fond of Beef Stew. Take beef/hamburger, carrots, potatoes, an onion, perhaps some celery, chop them all up, and bake it for a while. I'll have to get back to you on amounts and cooking times... _________________________ This.. is.. a.. SIGNATURE!!! | ||

Cool. I recently made the bean and rice stuff, but this time I added diced chicken, that I marinaded in a Jerk style sauce.
It was good. _________________________
