Legal Stuff
I am not a lawyer, but I do want to keep everyone safe and feeling comfortable with all this. In order to accomplish that, I have created a few guidelines that I will abide by:
1. All addresses that I receive will only be used for sending mail. Period. They will not be sold to anyone, or displayed on my website, or anything else. The only exception is if some court ruling mandates that I provide them. I'm going to assume that probably won't happen, though.
2. I will not be responsible for mail lost in transit.
3. I will not try to initiate any contact with any correspondents outside of the mail. I will not try to get any more personal information than you provide to me. I will not try to call you on the phone, or arrange for any meet-ups. Likewise, I will refuse/ignore any contact made with me, outside of what is necessary for sending mail.
4. I will not use any mail art on the website without first obtaining permission from the correspondent. All artwork will be credited with the correspondent's first name, unless an agreement is made otherwise.
5. By sending me mail, you acknowledge and agree to all guidelines posted on this page, at the time your letter was postmarked.
6. These guidelines may change at any time, without notification to the correspondents.
